Re: Health Department Requirements
The Burlington County Health Department is now conducting reviews of all applications for additions to your property (sheds, decks, patios, pools, additions, etc.) to ensure that you do not encroach on your septic system. You will need to obtain approval for your project from the Health Department prior to submitting for zoning approval. Contact the Health Department at one of the numbers listed below for information on their requirements. Once you have received approval from the County Health Department, submit a copy of that approval with your zoning application. Please be advised that your zoning application will not be considered without Health Department Approval.
